(Skipping Thunderyu, Volcaryu and Polaryu since you already know that they won't say anything new and that's not a question anyway.)

Chaletwo: …damn it.

…Wait, that was just some silly kid from the animal world. Never mind.

Mew: …No, I do not.

Sparky: Seven. :3

The basic concept is stolen from there, yes, though the details are of course vastly different.

Mark: Well, Lugia couldn't possibly be the Destroyer, since it's been caught already… but if it somehow was, well… I'd still find it the most beautiful one, but I don't know about keeping a favorites list beyond that, really. I mean, I don't know all the legendaries personally. I don't even know how Lugia would feel about being the Destroyer or anything. It's hard to say.

Mark: Oh. Right. *awkward cough*

Mew: The Creator has no power to destroy.

Chaletwo: That doesn't make any sense to me, but we don't really know a thing about the Destroyer, so technically it could be, yes. If it is, that's probably a good thing, since then we're unlikely to encounter it.

The legendary clones, yes, including Mewtwo^2.

Chaletwo: We'd hardly know it was the Destroyer until it's killed us all, would we? And of course, using Master Balls isn't as simple as just throwing them. A healthy legendary will just dodge it or attack it, let alone a superpowerful one that's been draining the power of all the others for a thousand years.

Chaletwo: Well, the thing is, we don't actually know anything about the Destroyer. Technically it's only an assumption that it has the power it's been draining in a form it can actually use itself. Maybe it has no particular power of its own. Maybe even without the draining it would be more powerful than all the other legendaries. I can't make predictions about a battle where one participant is a great big question mark.

Chaletwo: Well, then it would slaughter us.

Chaletwo: It's hard to get a gauge on it. You feel it draining but you don't have a very clear image of exactly how much power you had before it all started. I couldn't say.

*ahem* *cough* *pretends it's yesterday* *channels the Spirit of Bad Fanfiction*

Oh, but of course the story is going to be long! First there's the Mark/May/Alan love triangle to explore in detail, with plenty of angst on all sides. Then, though I shouldn't be spoiling this, Taylor will start pining after May too, and that's going to take some resolution. Then, after they've successfully caught all the legendaries and held hands around the Destroyer to make it evaporate, there are a few flash-forward chapters about how their relationship develops and is taken to the next level, if you know what I mean, and don't forget the epilogue where they're married and we get to see the names of their five children (as well as flashbacks to Ash and Misty's wedding, because they're Alan's parents after all).

Let's just say the Destroyer will not be pulled out of nowhere.

Can Mutark actually talk, or just make incomprehensible mewing sounds?
See, when it's in its default form, it's always keeping up this babyish facade, so it doesn't speak. If you got it in a later form, I suppose you could get it to speak intelligently, but it would probably be preoccupied with the battle at that point…

Marge: I journeyed in Hoenn. People are well familiar with double battling outside of it, of course, but it's not as popular here. I don't see why.

Chaletwo: I don't know. It's probably nobody we know - the Waraider herd and the Color Dragons would have a major power imbalance if one of them were the Destroyer and that should have consequences we haven't seen. My bet is it's some unknown legendary sealed away somewhere or something of the like.

Mew: You wouldn't know her. Her name was Iriesce. She died in the last War and wasn't recreated.

Pikachu: Nah. It was a collaborative decision. We both felt kind of spent after all those years of traveling.

Tyranitar: …

Chaletwo to zeKieranator: No way. Mew is the Creator, and if he were the Destroyer he'd hardly have told us the War was starting again, much less the Beasts, would he?

Chaletwo to Ramenlord: Deoxys is affected. We don't know why. There could theoretically be more legendaries existing without our knowledge whether they're affected by the Destroyer or not, but we have to hope that someone would have noticed them by now.

Chaletwo: I've already explained this. When the last of our power is taken by the Destroyer, that includes our true immortality. During the War, we are all equal.

(This is all in chapter 39.)

It will make sense and not be out of nowhere.

So then do you give certain pokemon accents when you imagine them talking?
No. I don't think in accents.

Does the destroyer know they are the destroyer? I mean like, do they actually do the draining on purpose, or is it uncontrollable? Could they physically stop draining everyone's powers, or does the role destroy their minds so they can't help it?
I'm afraid I can't tell you that. You'll just have to find out.

He mentioned in the fic a while ago (and on the forums) that he is the strongest legendary out there.
Molzapart and Chaletwo are on roughly equal footing overall, power-wise; in fact, Chaletwo has the advantage because he's a true immortal and Molzapart isn't.

Could the Destroyer drain power from inside a pokeball?
Only if it had a physical anchor to the outside world that the power could be channeled through.

And who is Ash's wife?
You people just won't give this up, will you?
