Not to sound picky, but wouldn't Butterfree's Safeguard protect Letal from Umbreon's Synchronize? I loved this chapter, by the way.

Will you update again? IT'S THE 25th!!

Floatzels are weird…

This is unrelated, but I read the Morphic, and..WHAT'S SARAH HOOTER!?

Reply: …huh? You do realize that I put chapter 43 up just over a week ago, right? If I had another chapter already, it would be some of my quickest writing in the history of the fic. Generally it takes about a month to get out a chapter these days.

Sarah Hooter is a made-up popular children's book series in Morphic's world about a girl who is captured by Team Rocket and injected with Vulpix DNA to make her a Vulpix morph, after which she proceeds to save the world at least once in every book. The storyline is basically the ultimate stereotype of Pokémorph fics, and as the scientists briefly reference in chapter two, it makes very little scientific sense.

The main character's name, the series' popularity and the title format of the books (Sarah Hooter and the ______) are inspired by Harry Potter (although in the fic, the Sarah Hooter books are implied to be considerably worse). The series is also awfully suggestive for a series of children's books, which of course has nothing to do with Harry Potter and is more a poke at the general sexualized image of Pokémorphs and other half-animal characters in our society, being associated with furries and the various related stigma.

They said in this chapter that HMs are reusable… but in an earlier chapter, it said that when you buy them at a store, it's one-time use.
Isn't that contradicting itself?

Reply: I said that? Oops. It's been four years since I wrote that chapter and I'd completely forgotten. x.x

I love the story, but you really need to update more…

Reply: Not much I can do about that. :/ I can only write when I'm in the right mood to do it, and it can take a month to get a chapter done. You're lucky you weren't here when it took me six months to write chapter 34.

It's a great chapter–my favorite part was definately Floatzel. I can tell she'll be interesting…

Too bad about Lapras. May's just…cold. Getting a replacement like that… She didn't really deserve a Lapras like that. Lapras didn't deserve her.

It's a really good chapter, though I can see what you mean about it not being exiting enough for you to enjoy writing it. Hopefully the battle with Polaryu will go faster.

You hate me Butterfree, don't you.

Will you put other legendaries into TQFTL?

I'm sorry about the boring comment, but in your "about me" section, you said that calling you Hlín was especially rude.

P.S. Dialga is cute (as a baby, if it was ever one), so if you put it into the TQFTL, please don't kill it, okay? I like suicune too, and I already mentioned that. Also, you said that Rickwould have elemental stone pokémon, right? What about the legendaries? In the IALCOTN, what's going to happen? Will Mark catch them all?

Reply: No, I don't hate you. o_O It's just that some of your comments are weird.

What precisely are you referring to by "other legendaries"? Other than what? Other than the canon legendaries and the fakes introduced so far? The Sinnoh legendaries? No to the former, yes to the latter.

Calling me Hlín is not rude. It is my name, after all. I said I'd rather not have people call me that online because it looks kind of stupid in the middle of English text (she was speaking Icelandic anyway) and it throws me off to suddenly see my real name while my brain is in my-name-is-Butterfree mode.

Dialga ordinarily dwells outside of the universe and does not take part in the War of the Legends; it is unlikely to appear, and if it does, they will not have to battle it.

Rick, in the IALCOTN, did go out to hunt for legendaries, but he just collected DNA samples to be able to clone them in secret; the only one he actually caught was Mew. However, this just means more of them have been captured by the other kids who are out to catch legendaries (readers seem spectacularly prone to forgetting that they exist). Whether the particular legendaries Mark has to catch will be reconsidered in the IALCOTN remains to be decided.

YOUR MOTHER ACTUALLY CALLED YOU HLíN!!! By the way, what is your last name?

P.S.I am probrably paranoid, but does your mother know English?…

Reply: Of course my mom knows English. o.O How the heck else could she have been reading the fic?

I must also ask why on earth she would not call me Hlín.
