The Quest for the Legends

"Sylveon? Sylveon? Where are you?" It was the voice of Lucario.
"I'm over here, Lucario!" I called back to the Fighting-type sprinting through the tall grass. I saw the grass thrash and sway as he probably shoved his way through.
"Are you okay? Are you hurt?" He asked, worried.
"I'm just fine, Lucario." I told him. "You don't need to worry so much."
He sat down beside me. "Sylveon, you know I only want to keep you safe from those wicked humans."
I knew. I knew why, too. Lucario was once a Trainer's Pokémon. The trainer was an evil, greedy person who used Lucario to defeat all who stood in his way. When Lucario realized the Trainer had an Eevee egg, Lucario stole the egg, smashed his Pokéball and ran. When I hatched days later, I evolved instantly for some mysterious reason.
Compared to me, Lucario was huge. I lay in his lap, where there was no better place in the world for me, in my opinion.
Little did we know what we were about to face…
