I like your lighting effects here!
This one is super interesting to me because I'd always pictured Charmander being out on something more like a route, a dirt road on the outskirts of town where you weren't likely to have much foot traffic, much less cars! It's wild to think of him being on a normal street surrounded by houses, where any number of people could have seen him/picked him up instead of Mark.
